Hey this is good, you can see some of her features portraited there! You have drawn her down jaw a little too big. Making her chin seem bigger then it is. It is also a tiny big out of proportion.

I don't know what pencils you are using. But it looks like you are using some hard ones. Perhaps buying a 4B and a 6B could be a good idea. I like the way you have marked her wrinkles. But I advice learning how to shade with pencil. I have looked through your gallery at it seems you haven't tried that out yet.

This list holds different tutorials about different kinds of shading -> [link]

I have tried out the smudging way of shading and it managed to make it look very photogenic. Learning how to combine different kinds of shading is something very hard to do. So trying out different ones all the time is a good choice. Always experiment!

There isn't much more to say. You are a beginner that has some talent there and you just need more practice like everybody else. Buy a few more soft pencils and keep practicing! Try to practice with shading as well, you can make such amazing things if you make it just right.

It is a VERY good idea to try and draw realistic drawings! You deserve a medal for doing it! Great work!

Please keep practicing!
